Eventat prepares to re-invent itself
As we work tirelessly towards completing our fresh, revamped, and cooler Eventat – we have decided to shutdown our initial beta version in order to concentrate our efforts toward the new and improved Version 2 of our software. We believe that our users are going to love the new site once it has been completed and released.
We would like to thank all the users that signed up during our initial beta launch, and promise to bring you a better experience with more features, and better results. We look forward to seeing you back at Eventat.com in the very near future.

Eventat Status
It has been a while since our last post. Nonetheless, we have been busy around here putting the finishing touches on the new Eventat.com. It is filled with new features and enhancements that will concentrate on the core of our service, which is helping event managers and organizers easily list and sell out events.

New Feature: Personalize your YouTube & Flickr tag
You will now be able to personalize your YouTube and Flickr tag that you can then use to dynamically display videos and photos on your profile. Once logged in, click on the Edit Profile link. Then select the Media tab to set your personalized tag. It’s that simple.
You can now begin tagging your videos on YouTube and photos on Flickr.
New Feature: Personalized Event URL’s
Just 5 days into our beta launch and we’re already hard at work, introducing a new feature. Personalized URL’s will allow event organizers to assign a personaliized URL to their events.

I can’t believe that it has been almost two years since I began this little project, and here I am writing my announcement of a beta launch for the site. Why did it take so long you may ask? Well, being the neurotic perfectionist that I am, I always seemed to find something new to add, or something that I could change to make the site better. But then I realized that what I consider perfect, wouldn’t necessarily translate into perfection for the user. So, I now present to you what I believe will be an excellent tool for event organizers to manage their events. Please help us grow the site by registering today.
